3 seconds of Present
We spend our lives running after time, trying to catch every passing second before it slips away into yesterday. In modern cognitive science and philosophy, what we call the "present" is actually known as the specious present—a psychological window lasting roughly two to three seconds. This is the span of time that your brain bundles together to make sense of sensory input before filing it away as a memory.
While gently it is revealed that the flaw is not in the clock, but in where we are placing our identity. The changing world—the ticking seconds, the memories, the busy thoughts—is just like ripples moving across the top of an ocean. But deep down, the true observer inside you never moves at all. It is always quiet, always peaceful, and untouched by time.

Think of it like a stream of water flowing past a single stone in a river. The water touching the stone at this exact microsecond is already downstream the next moment. Your brain is constantly lagging behind reality, stitching together a continuous movie of your life out of frames that have already happened.
Have emotions, thoughts or feeling but be aware of them, do not flow with them, there is difference between being aware and being carried away, when river flow touches stone, it is that touching moment which is present, and stone feels the touch but that doesn't mean stone flows or get carried with river, its there still, unperturbed and peace,

And we keep on clinging to the past; while as I write this, the words as they pass are becoming past. So what is important is: be aware of now, but do not flow with now.
God bless you all
