Sad, Sorrow, Depression & Joy-Part II

"Dear Spiritual Veda,

Thank you for sharing great topics.

Here is my views in the time of our difficult situations and bad timings, that we are suffering in the difficult phase to overcome to cope out completely.

I have also gone through many ups and down in my life, like every single living being on this earth. I learned few lessons from this phase.

There are times when I breakdown from life sufferings, cry in my pains, get frustrated, feel helpless and hopeless.

Sometime I question to God “ why am I going through this phase ? ” “Why Me?”when I question God, all these times.

Sometimes I feel that at some point in our lives most of us face times that are extra stressful or that even shake us to our core.

At those times, having strong coping strategies can make a huge difference.

Focusing on Spiritual life, exercise and our life well tools can be great supports in difficult situations.

Dealing with a stressful situation, don’t stew in self - pity or waste energy pointing blame on someone else, shift our mind away from negative thoughts or excessive worries. Focus on good aspects of our life.

The common symptoms we may experience, constantly feel sad and depressed, nothing seems fun anymore, we feel bad about ourselves. We feel helpless and hopeless.

It takes real courage to face difficult situations, we can use that courage to help us keep going and overcome depression phase of the life.

We need to get physically active, stay positive, take care of our spirit, connect and surround with good and inspiring motivational people and create joy and happiness. Keep active reading good books, explore the nature and world travel through to make life enjoyable and happy.

No one ever promised that life would be fair. In fact life is unfair often, our ability to accept that life isn’t meant to be fair can go a long way when it comes to getting us through tough situations in life.

Acknowledge the situations and be prepared to face it and move on.

Respect and honor the time and destiny. Have faith and trust on God. Time is the most beautiful thing to heal our pain, sadness and depression.

Stay blessed and be happy and keep sharing your beautiful knowledge.

I feel sense of contentment state of being grateful, happy and satisfied of your share.

My humble gratitude,

Best regards,

Kishore

🙏🙏"
